Returns

To best steward our resources at the Erie City Mission, products featured on this online store are printed on-demand, which means that all products are unique and produced only once ordered. This allows us to provide you with a high quality product while avoiding overstocking and eliminating the need to manage stocking and fulfillment in-house.

Unfortunately, this also means that returns and exchanges are not supported if the wrong size, style, or color are ordered, or you get a case of "buyer's remorse."

So, please read all product details and check sizing guides before placing your order.

In case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, we will offer a free replacement or a refund if you contact us within 15 days of product delivery. Please email us at help@eriecitymission.com and provide your order details, contact information, and a clear photo showing the issue. If you have any questions, please call us at (814) 452-4421.

Note: With direct-to-garment apparel products, there is a tolerance of 0.5" for print placement, which means that minor variations in the placement of the print will not be considered as defects.

 

Shipping 

As stated above, our products are print-on demand therefore we must work within their production and shipping timeframe. 

On most items we can offer Economy vs Standard shipping. Dependent on the shipping you selected please allow 3-5 business days for order fulfillment then an additional 7-10 business days for shipping.
